The Mamafit Meet Up is a free weekly get-together where you can enjoy a drink, chat with other mums and become part of our supportive Mamafit community.
Whether you've just finished one of our classes, are joining us before Yoga, or simply fancy getting out of the house and meeting other local mums, everyone is welcome.
There are no workouts, no expectations and no pressure — just good conversation, friendly faces and a chance to connect with others who understand the journey of motherhood.
