Looking for a friendly place to meet other local pregnant women and mums?

Mamafit Meet-Up Prescot is a free weekly get-together where you can enjoy a drink and light refreshments, meet other local women and become part of a supportive community.

There are no workouts, expectations or pressure—just friendly faces, good conversation and an opportunity to connect with people who understand the experiences of pregnancy and motherhood.

Selected sessions will also welcome trusted local services, giving you an informal opportunity to find out about activities and support available in your community.

Come along to:

Enjoy free tea, coffee and light refreshments.
Find out about local activities, services and support.
Access informal signposting and additional support if needed.

Come on your own or with a friend—babies and young children are always welcome. We’ll provide play mats and a selection of toys, although you’re welcome to bring your own too.
